Discovery Phase

Engage in a complimentary discovery call to create immediate value and clarify action steps you can take right away. This call will help determine whether coaching is the right fit for your goals at this time.

Clarify Outcomes and Assess Current Reality

Initial weeks of coaching involve explicit clarification of your vision & development of a functional roadmap—an outline of your desired outcomes—as we begin to explore your habits, & the new practices & understandings that will carry you fully into your vision.

Transformation Phase

An iterative process of ambitious experimentation, personal assessment, and regular coaching over several months that will enable you to attain your target outcomes & live into your vision
